1. Về lý luận

Luận án đã phân tích, tổng hợp và góp phần làm rõ cơ sở lý luận về phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên các trường dạy nghề theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp trước yêu cầu nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực của nước ta trong giai đoạn mới. Đã phân tích một số mô hình  quản lý nguồn nhân lực và lựa chọn được mô hình nghiên cứu phù hợp để xây dựng khung lý thuyết của đề tài

2. Về thực tiễn

- Phân tích, đánh giá rõ thực trạng đội ngũ giáo viên của các trường nghề tỉnh Phú Thọ hiện nay  theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp.

- Đề xuất các biện pháp  phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên của các trường dạy nghề tỉnh Phú Thọ đảm bảo đạt chuẩn nghề nghiệp và qua đó, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả đào tạo nghề đáp ứng nhu cầu về lao động qua đào tạo của địa phương.

1. Các ứng dụng, khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án bổ sung cơ sở khoa học & thực tiễn để được ứng dụng trong các dự án, đề án, chương trình phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên dạy nghề theo yêu cầu chuẩn hóa của Tỉnh Phú Thọ nói riêng và các địa phương trong cả nước nói chung

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có giá trị tham khảo đối với công tác quản lý phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp ở các cơ sở giáo dục nghề nghiệp trên địa bàn Tỉnh Phú Thọ.

2. Những vấn đề còn bỏ ngỏ cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu

Tiếp tục nghiên cứu hoàn thiện sâu hơn về dự báo phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên và hoàn thiện chính sách, xây dựng quy hoạch phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên ở các cơ sở giáo duc nghề nghiệp theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp trên địa bàn Tỉnh Phú Thọ.

NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION

1. Theoretical results

The thesis has analyzed, synthesized and contributed to clarifying the theoretical basis for developing the teaching staff of vocational schools in accordance with professional standards to meet the requirement of improving the quality of human resources of our country in the new period. The thesis has also analyzed some models of human resource management and selected suitable research models to build the theoretical framework of the research topic.

2. Practical results

- The thesis has analyzed and evaluated clearly the current situation of the teaching staff of vocational schools in Phu Tho Province based on the professional standards.

- The thesis has proposed measures to develop the teaching staff of vocational schools in Phu Tho province to satisfy professional standards, which will contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training to meet the local demand for a trained labor force.

APPLICATIONS IN PRACTICE AND

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FRTHER STUDIES

1. Practical Applications of the Research Results

- The research results of the thesis supplement the scientific and practical basis, which can be applied in projects, schemes and programs for developing vocational education teachers in accordance with standardization requirements of Phu Tho province in particular and other localities in the country in general

- The research results of the thesis are reference for the management and development of teachers in accordance with professional standards at vocational training institutions in Phu Tho Province.

2. Recommendations For Further Studies

Further research is needed to further study and improve teacher development expectation as well as to perfect policies and develop plans for developing teachers in vocational education institutions in accordance with professional standards in in Phu Tho Province.
