Unifying the Deployment of Training and Learner Management Software

In the afternoon of October 21, Dr. Nguyen Hong Lien, Vice President of Thai Nguyen University, chaired a working session with Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation and Viettel's Thai Nguyen Branch to unify the deployment of management software in the fields of training and learner management. Attending the session were leaders from the Board of Training and Learner Management, the Office, along with representatives from the leadership of member Universities and Colleges, and affiliated and directly-affiliated units.

In the afternoon of October 21, Dr. Nguyen Hong Lien, Vice President of Thai Nguyen University, chaired a working session with Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation and Viettel's Thai Nguyen Branch to unify the deployment of management software in the fields of training and learner management. Attending the session were leaders from the Board of Training and Learner Management, the Office, along with representatives from the leadership of member Universities and Colleges, and affiliated and directly-affiliated units.

Overview of the working session.

At the working session, representatives from Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation and Viettel's Thai Nguyen Branch reported on the software deployment progress. As of this moment, the training management software has been installed with all 8 out of 8 software licenses on Thai Nguyen University's server infrastructure, and data conversion and training have been completed for 6 out of 8 member schools. During the deployment process, the units have coordinated well, facilitating Viettel to complete the task. Regarding the Digital Student software, the Web (subsystem for Lecturers) and App (subsystem for Students) have been deployed according to the design and feedback from the units. Connection and integration with the Training Management software deployed by Viettel are currently beginning. As for the data warehouse, training management data has been connected with the schools where Viettel is implementing the system...

The delegates discussed and proposed solutions to make the software more suitable for the specific characteristics of each school; concurrently, they proposed strengthening coordination between the units and Viettel to accelerate the deployment progress.

Concluding the working session, Dr. Nguyen Hong Lien affirmed that Thai Nguyen University is accelerating digital transformation in higher education, moving towards a continuous, transparent, and modern management system from the University level down to member schools. A fully developed software system will help enhance the work efficiency of staff and employees, save time and effort, and serve students better. The Vice President requested the functional Boards, units, and universities to coordinate closely and collaborate with Viettel to soon complete and put the system into operation in the digital environment./
