The ERP Governance Software System comprises modules including Public Administrative Accounting, Tuition Fee Management, and Asset Management. This system constitutes an “all-in-one” digital ecosystem with inherited and interconnected data; the capability to integrate additional modules on a unified platform in the future; and functions enabling users to submit payment requests, advance requests, deposit requests, reimbursements, and budget proposals directly on the system. The integration of digital signatures promotes paperless administration and supports online approval workflows.
