2. Objectives
Build a modem publishing process, transform it into management software and software for all professional activities. Pay special attention to electronic publishing and electronic distribution. Build a system to collect, select, and share learning materials, provide a rich and reliable source of digital learning materials, contribute to the application of information technology to innovate content and methods to serve training, scientific research and technology transfer in the period of 2021 - 2025 and the following periods.
