General Introduction
Thai Nguyen University has built 16 five-storey dormitory buildings funded by Government bonds since 2010, forming a modern and comprehensive residential complex capable of accommodating thousands of students annually.
The Dormitory Complex of Thai Nguyen University provides accommodation for domestics undergraduate and postgraduate students, and international students enrolled at the member university. Not only for a living space, it also serves as an environment for academic engagement, personal development, and cultural exchange among both Vietnamese and international students.
In the academic year 2024–2025, we have:

Students in residence: Over 3,000
International students: Nearly 400 students from almost 20 countries

Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) rehearsal
Sports activities: football, volleyball, badminton
Celebration of cultural and traditional holidays: International Women’s Day (8 March), Lunar New Year, and festivals of partner countries
Vietnamese – international student exchange activities
General cleaning, tree planting, and waste classification
Orientation and support for new students during their integration into dormitory life
