Facilities of the Digital Center

The Digital Center is a spacious, modern, fully equipped building, with a total usable area of more than 10,000 m². The Center comprises a system of well-designed classrooms, discussion rooms, quiet study areas, and international-standard multimedia rooms. It also includes dedicated working spaces for lecturers at Thai Nguyen University and postgraduate learners.

A large auditorium with a seating capacity of over 300 is furnished with advanced audiovisual equipment and an online teleconferencing system. The Center is further equipped with 400 high-speed internet-access computers and a wide range of professional support devices, including network-connected photocopiers and printers, projectors, and cameras, all arranged in a logical and convenient layout.

In addition, the Digital Center features a landscaped garden area of more than 2,000 m², providing not only an effective environment for study and research but also an ideal space for relaxation after intensive academic activities.

1. Integrated Library Management Software

ElibLRC is an electronic library and digital library management solution designed with flexibility and adaptability, enabling efficient processing of professional workflows. The system is suitable for:

Information–library systems of universities and colleges;
Multi-disciplinary and specialized information centers under ministries and governmental agencies;
Libraries of research institutes, centers, schools, and various organizations.

The ELIBLRC solution is a comprehensive and fully integrated platform that maximizes support for managing all types of information resources—from traditional materials to digital documents and electronic publications—using the latest technologies and techniques.

ElibLRC consists of three core components:

2. Databases Developed by the Digital Center

The full-text databases developed by the Digital Center aim to provide original and comprehensive information resources, allowing users to retrieve and access complete documents that meet the increasingly diverse information needs of both internal and external users of Thai Nguyen University.

These databases are developed based on the criteria of user-friendliness, ease of access, efficient and accurate information retrieval, seamless updating, management of multiple types of documents, and the ability to share information through online access.
