2. Mục tiêu

Mục tiêu chung

Lưu giữ và phát huy tiếng dân tộc trong học sinh dân tộc thiểu số, đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục phổ thông.

Mục tiêu cụ thể:

- Xây dựng cơ sở lý luận về giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục phổ thông.

- Khảo sát và đánh giá thực trạng giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục phổ thông.

- Đề xuất các biện pháp giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở các trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục phổ thông.

- Xây dựng chuyên đề bồi dưỡng năng lực tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm, hoạt động giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh dân tộc thiểu số cho giáo viên các trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục phổ thông.
3. Tính mới và sáng tạo

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài bổ sung nghiên cứu lý luận về bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số qua tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học.

- Đánh giá được thực trạng sử dụng tiếng mẹ đẻ và thực trạng giáo dục bảo tồn mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số qua tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam, phát hiện nguyên nhân của thực trạng và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến thực trạng.

- 05 biện pháp giáo dục bảo tồn TMĐ cho HS DTTS ở trường tiểu học thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học bao gồm: (1) Đề xuất danh mục các chủ đề giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở các trường tiểu học; (2) Xây dựng quy trình tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm giáo dục bảo tồn TMĐ cho học sinh người DTTS ở các trường tiểu học; (3) Đa dạng các phương thức giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở các trường tiểu học; (4) Xây dựng tiêu chí đánh giá hoạt động giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở các trường tiểu học; (5) Bồi dưỡng tiếng DTTS cho giáo viên tiểu học vùng DTTS đáp ứng yêu cầu dạy tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh DTTS sẽ góp phần nâng cao năng lực của đội ngũ giáo viên, thực hiện tốt hoạt động giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh DTTS thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm.

4. Kết quả nghiên cứu

- Xây dựng được cơ sở lý luận về bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh người dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học;

- Khảo sát và đánh giá được thực trạng về sử dụng tiếng mẹ đẻ và thực trạng bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh người dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở các trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam; Chỉ ra được các yếu tố ảnh hưởng.

- Đề xuất được 5 biện pháp bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam;

- Đóng góp 01 sách tham khảo và tài liệu bồi dưỡng cho giáo viên về bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học.

Bộ số liệu thực trạng sử dụng tiếng mẹ đẻ và thực trạng giáo dục bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam.

6. Phương thức chuyển giao, địa chỉ ứng dụng, tác động và lợi ích mang lại của kết quả nghiên cứu

6.1. Phương thức chuyển giao

Chuyển giao sản phẩm nghiên cứu của chủ nhiệm đề tài với các Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo, các trường tiểu học trong khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam.

6.2. Địa chỉ ứng dụng

- Các trường tiểu học; Các Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo các tỉnh khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam.

- Ngoài ra, kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài sẽ là tài liệu tham khảo quan trọng cho sinh viên, học viên cao học, nghiên cứu sinh ngành giáo dục học, quản lý giáo dục,

6.3. Tác động và lợi ích mang lại của đề tài
6.3.1. Đối với lĩnh vực giáo dục và đào tạo:

Như vậy kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài là tài liệu để triển khai các hoạt động nhằm bảo tồn tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường tiểu học.

- Đề tài đã góp phần đào tạo 02 Thạc sỹ chuyên ngành Quản lý giáo dục, đóng góp vào sự phát triển giáo dục và đào tạo của Đại học Thái Nguyên. Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài là tài liệu phục vụ nghiên cứu, đào tạo sinh viên, học viên cao học ngành giáo dục học, quản lý giáo dục. Đặc biệt bồi dưỡng khả năng nghiên cứu của các giảng viên trẻ, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học của Trường Đại học Sư phạm - Đại học Thái Nguyên.
6.3.2. Đối với lĩnh vực khoa học và công nghệ có liên quan:

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài sẽ bổ sung thêm 01 nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về vấn đề bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh dân tộc thiểu số,

- Kết quả của đề tài là tài liệu tham khảo cho các đơn vị nghiên cứu, các trường tiểu học, các cơ quan quản lý ngành văn hoá

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài được công bố trên các tạp chí khoa học chuyên ngành uy tín và trên tạp chí quốc tế. Đây cũng là cơ hội tốt để mở rộng hợp tác với các trường, trung tâm nghiên cứu ở Việt Nam và nước ngoài

6.3.3. Đối với phát triển kinh tế - xã hội:

Áp dụng thành công kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài góp phần thực hiện chủ trương của Đảng và Nhà nước trong việc bảo tồn, phát huy và gìn giữ bản sắc văn hóa của các dân tộc thiểu số khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam hiện nay.

6.3.4. Đối với tổ chức chủ trì và các cơ sở ứng dụng kết quả nghiên cứu:

- Đối với tổ chức chủ trì, cá nhân tham gia thực hiện đề tài:

+ Nâng cao trình độ nghiên cứu khoa học cho các cán bộ tham gia thực hiện đề tài trong lĩnh vực bảo tồn, phát huy và gìn giữ bản sắc văn hóa của các dân tộc thiểu số khu vực nói chung.

+ Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài là tài liệu phục vụ nghiên cứu, đào tạo sinh viên, học viên, bồi dưỡng cán bộ quản lý, giáo viên phổ thông của Trường Đại học Sư phạm - Đại học Thái Nguyên.

+ Các công trình công bố trong nước và quốc tế sẽ góp phần nâng cao chất lượng nghiên cứu của các giảng viên trẻ, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học của Đại học Thái Nguyên, tiếp cận với trình độ nghiên cứu khoa học của khu vực và thế giới.

- Đối với cơ sở ứng dụng kết quả nghiên cứu:

Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài là căn cứ để các Sở Giáo dục và đào tạo, các Phòng Giáo dục và các Trường Tiểu học khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam triển khai công tác bảo tồn tiếng mẹ đẻ cho học sinh là người dân tộc thiểu số ở các trường tiểu học.

2. Objectives

General objective

Preserving and promoting ethnic languages among ethnic minority students, meeting the requirements of general education innovation.

Specific Objectives:

- Building a theoretical basis for mother tongue conservation education for ethnic minority students through experiential activities in primary schools in mountainous areas to meet the requirements of general education innovation.

- Surveying and assessing the status of mother tongue conservation education for ethnic minority students through experiential activities in primary schools in the Northern mountainous region of Vietnam to meet the requirements of general education innovation.

- Proposing educational measures to preserve mother tongue for ethnic minority students through experiential activities in primary schools in the Northern mountainous region of Vietnam to meet the requirements of general education innovation.

- Building thematic on fostering capacity to organize experiential and mother tongue conservation education activities for ethnic minority students for teachers of primary schools in the Northern mountainous region of Vietnam to meet the requirements of general education innovation.

3. Novelty and creativity

- Research results of the additional topic of theoretical research on mother tongue conservation for ethnic minority students through organizing experiential activities in primary schools.

- Assessing the status of using mother tongue and the status of mother tongue conservation education for ethnic minority students through organizing experiential activities in primary schools in the Northern mountainous region of Vietnam, developing present the causes of the situation and the factors affecting the situation.

- 05 measures of mother tongue conservation education for ethnic minority students in primary school through experiential activities in primary school, including: (1) Proposing a list of mother tongue conservation education topics for students students through experiential activities in primary schools; (2) Develop a process to organize educational experiences on preserving mother tongue for ethnic minority students in primary schools; (3) Diversifying methods of educating students to preserve their mother tongue through experiential activities in primary schools; (4) Developing criteria for evaluating mother tongue conservation education activities for students through experiential activities in primary schools; (5) Ethnic minority language training for primary school teachers in ethnic minority areas to meet the requirements of teaching mother tongue for ethnic minority students will contribute to improving the capacity of teachers, effectively implementing mother tongue conservation education activities for ethnic minority students through experiential activities.

4. Research results

- In addition, the research results of the project will be an important reference for students and Postgraduate, PhD students majoring in education, educational management, etc.

6.3. Impact and benefits of the project

6.3.1. For the field of education and training:

The research results of the topic are documents for implementing activities to preserve the mother tongue for ethnic minority students through experiential activities in primary school.

- The project has contributed to training 02 Masters in Education Management, contributing to the development of education and training of Thai Nguyen University. The research results of the project are documents for research and training of students and Postgraduate, PhD students majoring in education, educational management. Especially fostering the research ability of young lecturers, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of training and scientific research of the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University.

Successfully applying the research results of the project to contribute to the implementation of the policy of the Party and State in preserving, promoting and preserving the cultural identity of ethnic minorities in the current Northern mountainous region of Vietnam.
