Functions:
The Office advises and assists the TNU President in administrative management, general coordination, clerical and archival work, asset management, transportation, information technology, digital transformation, and communication. It serves as the liaison between the TNU leadership and related organizations and individuals.
The Office provides logistical support including transportation, facilities, and working environment management; ensures security and order; and organizes ceremonies and receptions at the TNU Head Office.
It also performs certain administrative and secretarial duties for the TNU Council.

Functions:
The Office advises and assists the Party Committee, the Standing Board, and the Secretariats of the Party and mass organizations (Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association, and Veterans Association) within Thai Nguyen University and its administrative units.
Its operations comply with the Charters of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Students’ Association, and the Vietnam Veterans’ Association.
It also undertakes assigned duties from the TNU Council.

Functions:
The Department advises and assists the TNU President, in collaboration with member universities, affiliated schools/faculties, branch campuses, and supporting units, in the management and organization of training programs at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.
It also provides strategic advice on planning, program development, and training models in line with TNU’s development orientation.
The Department is responsible for academic quality assurance, examinations, and student management across TNU.
It performs tasks assigned by the TNU Council.

Functions:
The Department advises and assists the TNU President in state management of planning, investment, and finance; manages investment capital for construction projects and financial resources of TNU’s member units in compliance with legal regulations and the delegation of authority from the Ministry of Education and Training.
It also supports the preparation of development plans, investment proposals, and financial projects; mobilizes investment resources; and oversees land use, compensation, and site clearance activities.
It carries out relevant tasks assigned by the TNU Council.

The Department advises and assists the TNU President in the management of facilities and assets in compliance with State regulations. It serves as the focal point for liaison with the supervising ministry and relevant partners, and is responsible for activities related to physical infrastructure, property, equipment, and construction under TNU’s jurisdiction.
It also fulfills the tasks assigned by the TNU Council.
