NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN:
Luận án đạt được các kết quả sau:
1. Về mặt lí luận
- Đã góp phần khẳng định hoạt động giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND trong bối cảnh hiện nay là cần thiết, có ý nghĩa quan trọng trong việc góp phần đào tạo cán bộ, chiến sĩ Công an có phẩm chất đạo đức tốt, có nhân cách toàn diện đáp ứng yêu cầu, nhiệm vụ trong bối cảnh hiện nay.
- Góp phần phát triển hệ thống lý luận về giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND trong bối cảnh hiện nay gắn với hoạt động đào tạo, huấn luyện và tự giáo dục của HV dựa trên tính đặc thù của lao động nghề nghiệp, chức năng nhiệm vụ của người chiến sĩ CAND trong bối cảnh mới và những yếu tố tác động tới hoạt động giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND trong bối cảnh hiện nay.
- Xác định nội dung giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND trong bối cảnh hiện nay bao gồm 7 nội dung: Giáo dục lòng yêu nước, lòng trung thành với Tổ quốc, với Đảng và nhân dân cho HV; Giáo dục ý thức tự giác, thường xuyên tu dưỡng, rèn luyện phẩm chất đạo đức, lối sống cho HV; giáo dục ý thức tổ chức kỷ luật ngành Công an cho HV; Giáo dục lòng yêu nghề và giá trị nghề nghiệp; Giáo dục lối sống trong sáng, giản dị, lành mạnh và ý thức phục vụ nhân dân cho HV; Giáo dục ý thức trách nhiệm trong thực hiện nhiệm vụ; Giáo dục HV về ý thức phát triển nghề nghiệp.
2. Về mặt thực tiễn
- Đã khảo sát, phân tích một cách hệ thống và có cơ sở khoa học thực trạng giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND hiện nay, chỉ ra những hạn chế và nguyên nhân chủ yếu, cung cấp luận cứ thực tiễn đáng tin cậy cho việc đổi mới hoạt động giáo dục ĐĐNN trong CAND.
- Đã đề xuất 06 biện pháp tâm lý - sư phạm nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND, đó là: Biện pháp 1: Nâng cao nhận thức về chuẩn mực ĐĐNN và động cơ rèn luyện chuẩn mực ĐĐNN Công an nhân dân cho học viên; Biện pháp 2: Tích hợp nội dung giáo dục ĐĐNN cho học viên thông qua hoạt động dạy học ở các trường đại học Công an nhân dân; Biện pháp 3: Xây dựng môi trường tu dưỡng, rèn luyện ĐĐNN cho học viên trong bối cảnh hiện nay; Biện pháp 4: Phối hợp với Công an các đơn vị, địa phương để giáo dục ĐĐNN cho học viên thông qua hoạt động huấn luyện đầu khóa và thực hành, thực tập, thực tế tại cơ sở; Biện pháp 5: Phát huy ý thức tự giáo dục, tự rèn luyện ĐĐNN của học viên trong các trường đại học Công an nhân dân và Biện pháp 6: Xây dựng và thực hiện bộ chỉ số đánh giá kết quả giáo dục ĐĐNN cho học viên các trường đại học Công an nhân dân.
- Tổ chức thực nghiệm tác động sư phạm để minh họa cho tính khả thi và tính hiệu quả của các biện pháp sư phạm đã đề xuất.
- Trên cơ sở các kết quả đã đạt được, có thể khẳng định mục đích nghiên cứu đã đạt được, nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu đã hoàn thành và giả thuyết khoa học là chấp nhận được. Nghiên cứu của luận án đã khẳng định các biện pháp giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND là hiệu quả và khả thi, nâng cao kết quả giáo dục ĐĐNN tại các trường đại học CAND trong bối cảnh hiện nay. Đây là hướng nghiên cứu bước đầu có giá trị ứng dụng trực tiếp trong thực tiễn đào tạo tại các học viện, trường đại học CAND.
CÁC ỨNG DỤNG, KHẢ NĂNG ỨNG DỤNG TRONG THỰC TIỄN HOẶC NHỮNG VẤN ĐỀ CÒN BỎ NGỎ CẦN TIẾP TỤC NGHIÊN CỨU:
Các ứng dụng, khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:
- Đóng góp vào hoạt động nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các trường đại học CAND.
- Kết quả nghiên cứu luận án có đóng góp tốt đối với công tác đào tạo sau đại học tại Trường Đại học Sư phạm - Đại học Thái nguyên và các Trường có nghiên cứu về Giáo dục học.
- Luận án là một tài liệu tham khảo tốt cho giảng viên, sinh viên, học viên cao học và nghiên cứu sinh chuyên ngành Lý luận và Lịch sử giáo dục; sử dụng làm tài liệu tham khảo cho cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên trong việc tổ chức, đổi mới giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV hiện nay.
Những vấn đề còn bỏ ngỏ cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu:
Tiếp tục nghiên cứu nhằm làm bổ sung lý luận giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV CAND cũng như đề xuất được các cách thức, các biện pháp giáo dục ĐĐNN cho HV các hệ đào tạo trong CAND, đối tượng sinh viên khác ngoài ngành CAND.

NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION:
The dissertation has achieved the following results:
1. Theoretical Contribution:
- Contributed to affirming that moral and professional ethics education for students of the People's Police University is necessary and of great significance in the current context, helping to train police officers with good moral qualities and comprehensive personalities to meet the demands and tasks of the present day.
- Contributed to developing the theoretical system of moral and professional ethics education for students of the People's Police University in the current context, linked with training, coaching, and self-education activities of students based on the specific nature of professional work, the functions and duties of People's Police officers in the new context, and the factors influencing moral and professional ethics education activities for students of the People's Police University in the current environment.
- Identifying the content of professional ethics education for students of the People's Police University in the current context, including seven aspects: Educating students on patriotism, loyalty to the Fatherland, the Party, and the people; Educating awareness of self-discipline, regular self-cultivation, and moral character development; Educating awareness of organizational discipline within the police force; Educating love for the profession and professional values; Educating a pure, simple, healthy lifestyle and a sense of serving the people; Educating responsibility in task execution; Educating students on the awareness of professional development.
2. Practical Contribution:
- A systematic and scientifically based survey and analysis of the current state of professional ethics education for students at People's Police University has been conducted, identifying main limitations and causes, and providing credible practical arguments for the renewal of professional ethics education activities in the People's Police.
- Six psychological and pedagogical measures have been proposed to enhance the effectiveness of moral and professional ethics education for students at the People's Police University, including: Measure 1: Raising awareness of professional ethical standards and motivating students to practice these standards; Measure 2: Integrating moral and professional ethics education content into teaching activities at the People's Police University; Measure 3: Building an environment conducive to cultivating and practicing professional ethics among students in the current context; Measure 4: Collaborating with police units and local authorities to educate students on professional ethics through initial training activities, practice, internships, and on-site experiences; Measure 5: Promoting self-education and self-discipline in professional ethics among students at the People's Police University; and Measure 6: Developing and implementing a set of indicators to evaluate the results of moral and professional ethics education for students at the People's Police University.
- Organize pedagogical impact experiments to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical measures.
- Based on the achieved results, it can be affirmed that the research objectives have been met, the research tasks have been completed, and the scientific hypothesis is acceptable. The study has confirmed that the measures for moral education of students at People's Police Academy universities are effective and feasible, enhancing the results of moral education at People's Police Academy universities in the current context. This is an initial research direction with practical application value in the training activities at the People's Police Academy universities.
APPLICATIONS IN PRACTICE AND THE NEEDS FOR FURTHER STUDIES:
The practical applications:
- Contributing to activities aimed at improving the effectiveness of professional ethics education for students at the People's Police University.
- The research results of the thesis make a good contribution to postgraduate training at Thai Nguyen University of Education and other institutions conducting research in Educational Studies.
- The thesis is a valuable reference for lecturers, students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates specializing in Educational Theory and History; it can be used as a reference document for managers and lecturers in organizing and innovating professional ethics education for current students.
Further studies needed:
Continue research to supplement the theoretical basis of professional ethics education for students of the People's Police, as well as to propose methods and measures for professional ethics education for students in various training programs within the People's Police, including other student groups outside the Police force.
