Conference on Spreading and Updates of Policies and Legal Regulations Related to Science, Technology, and Innovation

On the morning of December 9th, Thai Nguyen University participated in the  Conference on Spreading and Updates of Policies and Legal Regulations pertaining to Science, Technology, and Innovation. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance. Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phuc presided over the event. The conference was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person attendance with online connections to higher education institutions across the country.

Representing Thai Nguyen University were leaders and officers of the Department of Science, Technology and International Relations, along with staff responsible for science and technology affairs from member universities and affiliated units.

During the conference, participants were provided with detailed briefings and guidance on newly promulgated regulations in the fields of science, technology, and innovation. These include: Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP dated 14 October 2025; Decree No. 268/2025/ND-CP dated 14 October 2025; Decree No. 263/2025/ND-CP; Decree No. 249/2025/ND-CP dated 19 September 2025; as well as regulations concerning finance, investment, public–private partnerships, and venture capital funds related to science, technology, and innovation specified in Decree No. 265/2025/ND-CP dated 14 October 2025; Decree No. 243/2025/ND-CP dated 11 September 2025; Decree No. 180/2025/ND-CP dated 01 July 2025; and Decree No. 264/2025/ND-CP.

The conference served as an important platform to promptly disseminate updated information and strengthen the capacity of managerial staff, lecturers, and researchers of Thai Nguyen University. The information acquired will provide a vital basis for units to enhance the effectiveness of scientific research management, promote technology transfer activities, and develop appropriate innovation models in the coming period.
