The repository comprises a wide range of academic resources—including textbooks, reference materials, monographs, research documents, scientific and technological journals, academic publications, and scientific outputs—authored and contributed by lecturers, experts, and researchers throughout the university.

This digital platform serves not only TNU’s faculty and students but also the wider academic community, functioning as a shared knowledge hub and fostering cross-institutional and interdisciplinary cooperation nationwide.

The Open Access Resources initiative is expected to yield significant benefits: expanding access to knowledge and supporting lifelong learning; reducing learning costs and promoting equity in education; encouraging pedagogical innovation and creativity among faculty and students; and strengthening academic partnerships through shared resources and research institutes.

For the period 2026–2030, TNU aims to further expand the scale of its Open Access Resources Data repository, diversify its digital content, and enhance connectivity with other higher education institutions, research institutes, and technology enterprises, thereby moving toward the establishment of a comprehensive and sustainable open knowledge ecosystem.
