S-TNU – An All-in-One Platform for Smart Learning

After more than three months of development in collaboration with Viettel Thai Nguyen, the S-TNU application is now officially operational. The system consists of four components: a University-level management web, a school-level management web, a student web interface, and a mobile application.

Through S-TNU, students can manage academic records, view class schedules and exam timetables, access grades and training scores, explore learning materials, follow curriculum progress, register for courses and administrative procedures, sign up for student union activities, submit requests or feedback, and receive real-time support from functional offices. The system synchronizes with existing academic and personnel management platforms, ensuring centralized, transparent, and interconnected data.

A Key Solution Accelerating TNU’s Path Toward a Digital University

S-TNU delivers comprehensive benefits for all stakeholders:

  • For students: a “digital home” that supports full management of their learning journey, enhances interaction and engagement, and improves timely access to support services.
  • For member universities: reduced administrative workload, improved student management, and more effective internal communication.
  • For the entire University: a unified data ecosystem supporting analytics, reporting, personalized learning, and the application of AI technologies.

According to representatives from Viettel Thai Nguyen, the platform will continue to develop, with plans to integrate artificial intelligence, personalized learning pathways, risk prediction tools, career orientation features, and AI-powered chatbots—progressively developing S-TNU into a “Digital Student Hub.”
