NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN
Luận án đạt được các kết quả sau:
1. Về lý luận:
Luận án làm rõ khái niệm năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn; phân tích đặc điểm, bản chất của dạy học theo hướng phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn thông qua dạy học một số yếu tố của giải tích toán học cho học sinh lớp 12 nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào. Đồng thời, luận án đã xác định và mô tả chi tiết các thành tố năng lực cũng như các cấp độ biểu hiện của năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn, góp phần làm cơ sở lý luận cho việc hình thành, bồi dưỡng và đánh giá năng lực này của học sinh trung học phổ thông thông qua dạy học môn Toán.
2. Về thực tiễn:
Luận án đề xuất khung năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn và một số biện pháp sư phạm cụ thể, khả thi nhằm tổ chức dạy học một số yếu tố của giải tích toán học theo hướng phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn cho học sinh lớp 12 nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào. Qua đó nâng cao hiệu quả dạy học môn Toán tại các trường trung học phổ thông. Luận án xây dựng một số tình huống thực tiễn và tổ chức dạy học theo dự án gắn với tình huống thực tiễn, cung cấp nguồn tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích cho giáo viên môn Toán trung học phổ thông tại nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào, giúp giáo viên thuận lợi hơn trong việc vận dụng các biện pháp sư phạm đề xuất vào quá trình dạy học.
Luận án đã tổ chức thực nghiệm sư phạm để minh hoạ cho tính khả thi và tính hiệu quả của các biện pháp sư phạm đã đề xuất.
Trên cơ sở các kết quả đã đạt được có thể khẳng định mục đích nghiên cứu đã đạt được, nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu đã hoàn thành và giả thuyết khoa học là chấp nhận được. Nghiên cứu của luận án đã khẳng định các biện pháp dạy học một số yếu tố giải tích theo hướng phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn cho học sinh là hiệu quả và khả thi, nâng cao chất lượng học tập môn Toán của học sinh. Đây là hướng nghiên cứu bước đầu góp phần thúc đẩy quá trình hội nhập quốc tế của nền giáo dục phổ thông nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào.

* Các ứng dụng, khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:
- Đóng góp vào phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn cho học sinh trong dạy học một số yếu tố của giải tích toán học lớp 12 trường trung học phổ thông nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào.
- Kết quả nghiên cứu luận án có đóng góp về lý luận và thực tiễn đối với công tác đào tạo sau đại học tại Trường Đại học Sư phạm - Đại học Thái nguyên và các trường đại học có nghiên cứu về giáo dục toán học.
- Luận án là một tài liệu tham khảo để cho giáo viên môn Toán, học sinh, học viên cao học và nghiên cứu sinh chuyên ngành Lý luận và phương pháp dạy học bộ môn Toán.
* Những vấn đề còn bỏ ngỏ cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu:
Tiếp tục nghiên cứu nhằm bổ sung lý luận về năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn cũng như đề xuất được các cách thức tổ chức dạy học, các biện pháp sư phạm và đánh giá mức độ phát triển của năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn cho học sinh trong dạy học chủ đề khác, đối tượng học sinh khác tại nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào.

NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION
The dissertation achieves the following results:
1. In theory:
The dissertation clarifies the concept of practical problem-solving competence; analyzes the characteristics and nature of teaching oriented toward developing this competence through the instruction of selected elements of mathematical calculus for grade 12 students in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. At the same time, the dissertation identifies and describes in detail the components of this competence as well as the levels at which practical problem-solving competence is manifested. This contributes to providing a theoretical foundation for the formation, development, and assessment of this competence among upper secondary school students.
2. In practice:
The dissertation proposes a competency framework and several specific and feasible pedagogical measures for organizing the teaching of selected elements of mathematical analysis in a way that develops practical problem-solving competence for grade 12 students in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Thereby, it contributes to improving the effectiveness of mathematics teaching in upper secondary schools.
The dissertation also develops several real-world situations and organizes project-based learning activities associated with these practical contexts, providing useful reference materials for upper secondary school mathematics teachers in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and helping them more effectively apply the proposed pedagogical measures in the teaching process.
The dissertation conducted experimental teaching to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical measures.
Based on the results obtained, it can be affirmed that the research objectives have been achieved, the research tasks have been completed, and the scientific hypothesis is acceptable. The findings of the dissertation confirm that the teaching measures for selected elements of calculus oriented toward developing students’ real-world problem-solving competence are effective and feasible, contributing to improving the quality of students’ mathematics learning. This study represents an initial research direction that contributes to promoting the integration and development of education in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
APPLICATIONS IN PRACTICE AND THE NEEDS FOR FURTHER STUDIES
* Practical applications:
- Contributing to the development of students’ real-world problem-solving competence in teaching selected elements of mathematical calculus for grade 12 students in upper secondary schools in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
- The research results of the dissertation make a contribution to postgraduate training at the University of Education, Thai Nguyen University and at other institutions conducting research in mathematics education.
- The dissertation is a useful reference for educational researchers, teachers, students, master’s students, and doctoral candidates in the field of the Theory and Methods of Teaching Mathematics.
* Further research:
Further research aims to supplement the theory of practical problem-solving ability and propose methods of organizing teaching, pedagogical measures, and assessment of the development of practical problem-solving ability for students in teaching different topics and different student groups in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
