In response to the nationwide emulation movement of youth celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, on the morning of January 18, the Youth Union of Thai Nguyen University (TNU), in coordination with the Youth Union and the Police of Phan Dinh Phung Ward, organized a volunteer campaign on environmental sanitation and urban beautification in Phan Dinh Phung Ward.

On this occasion, representatives of the Youth Union of Thai Nguyen University and the Youth Union of Phan Dinh Phung Ward, with the participation of over 1,000 Youth Union members and students of Thai Nguyen University, local youth members, and officers of the Phan Dinh Phung Ward Police joined the campaign.

Immediately following the launching ceremony, Youth Union members and students jointly carried out environmental sanitation activities, including waste collection, removal of illegal advertisements and flyers, clearance of overgrown bushes, and dredging of drainage systems along both sides of Bac Son Road. All waste and rubbish were collected and transported to designated disposal sites in accordance with regulations. Throughout the implementation process, the Phan Dinh Phung Ward Police coordinated to provide guidance and ensure traffic safety as well as urban security.

This is a practical and meaningful activity that vividly demonstrates the pioneering and volunteer spirit of Thai Nguyen University youth in emulation movements celebrating major political events of the country.”
The campaign was organized as a practical activity to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam; to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026); and to realize the Cooperation Agreement between Thai Nguyen University and Phan Dinh Phung Ward.
Through this activity, the pioneering and volunteer role of Youth Union of Thai Nguyen University in environmental protection and the development of green, clean, and beautiful urban landscapes is further affirmed, contributing to the promotion of a positive image of Youth Union members and students within the community. The program was conducted in a serious, safe, and effective manner, generating a positive and far-reaching impact in society./.
